Often simple things bring me pleasure, like finding this recipe for instance! My go-to banana bread recipe with gluten free flour was getting boring. Time for a change! Currently, I am refraining from gluten free flour blends.

I recently celebrated my birthday and my sweetie made me an awesome flourless chocolate cake. He enjoyed it too, served with chocolate ice cream from Trickling Springs Creamery. I’m a firm believer in celebrating your birthday no matter how young or old you are!

Indulge and celebrate the peach season. If you like butter you will LOVE this recipe. The best parts are the crunchy edges along the pan sides. I like texture! Simple and delicious!
