Thriller Chillers Snack Balls

Thriller Chillers recipe

Thriller Chillers recipeThis is one of those recipes where you think, “wow, why don’t I make these more often.” The ingredients are staples in my pantry. Easy to make and nutrient dense. A perfect snack.

Sunflowers provide a vitamin and mineral punch. The B-complex vitamins are present such as niacin, folic acid, thiamin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, and riboflavin. Calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, magnesium, selenium, and copper are the minerals that show up in high percentages. Rich in the amino acid tryptophan, vitamin E, and poly-unsaturated linoleic acid and mono-unsaturated oleic acid fatty acids.

Naturally sweet from the dates and the raw honey is a probiotic source. The flaxseed meal provides a boost of Omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and lignans.
