Protein Packed Smoothie
This smoothie is great for breakfast or as a snack (half-serving size) during your day. If enjoying it later in the day as a snack, there should be enough to split into two servings. My favorite vegan protein powder is Genuine Health’s Vegan Protein Plus (vanilla flavored). But there are dozens of great tasting vegan protein powders out there, so try a few until you find what you like best. Enjoy!


  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder
  • Few drops of liquid stevia, to desired taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract/powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water OR filtered water


Blend until smooth and creamy.
