Embrace baking at home since you can control the quality of the ingredients that is not the case from bakery or store bought items. This is my go – to dessert potluck recipe. Always a hit! It does contain dairy and wheat.
4 peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter from Grass Fed Cows, melted
1 cup unrefined sugar
1 cup flour (unbleached, unbromated)
2 teas baking powder
1/2 teas sea salt
1 cup milk from Grass Fed Cows
Spread melted butter in 13 x 9 inch pan
Combine dry ingredients
Add milk to dry ingredients and stir
Pour batter over butter
Add sliced peaches
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Dough will rise, and cover peaches while baking. Serve warm. Ice cream optional.
